Since I have recently been promoted from Regular to Admin L2 on the ET Beginners#2 server, not wanting to make any mistakes, can someone explain to me what I can and cannot do in this role?

Thank you

Your new administrator level has given you a few additional commands. By typing !help in the console, you can see a list of all commands available to you.
A brief description of what each command does can be found here: https://fearless-assassins.com/wiki/index.php/W:ET_Admin_Commands#silEnt_Mod_commands

In short, your level does not give you too much responsibility or additional prohibitions or restrictions. This is our symbol of recognition that you are doing a good job and helping us. Remember that levels do not exempt you from responsibility for breaking the rules.

Out of curiosity - why doesn't your formus profile reflect your admin status? I'd expect it to show applicant or trial assuming someone didn't change it after the promotion, but no lvl at all?

He is level 2 on server. We start tracking on site/forum post level 4 or 5 - i forgot which was one it. In past we enforced level 4 but we relaxed that rule a bit as we don't have active staff+

OP asking for what he needs to do for level 2 is in itself good approach.

@ZeroZeroDb - I suggest working with B2 staff and above members to get familiar with admin rules and post an application to join us. Also make sure you have updated PB and SILENT GUID on forums profile. I was able to pull in info for you based on your correct Alias in forum profile.

I guess he is meaning the level 2 (or next level of what he is from before), i.e. his wording is not a happy choice. He is not lvl 14, subtitled "Admin L2"

His original question is a good one though, it would be nice if we could provide a table with the levels and corresponding commands (I can do it but i dont have the info myself).

All that in the objective of better use of the commands and create a healthy gaming experience.

NB: we can split this table on various page according to level for visibility: ex: level 1 to 10 = public (all can see), level 11 to 16 (only admins and above can see); level 17+ (upper management only).

Thanks everyone for the clarifications; I don't intend to break any rules nor do I think that having donated gives me the right to any comfort compared to others; the donation was a gesture of heart and internal responsibility and personal commitment. I'm not power-hungry; after all, I never use Adrenalina🤗 and still finding fun playing with (against) everyone is a great thing without flag dependence.

Some 12 years ago, I was offered level 4 by a Co_Leader (level 19) if I registered on these forums.  That was a strict requirement then.  I had not "heard" that that rule had been relaxed.  :hmm

@ZeroZeroDb  I just noticed that you only have your W:ET GUID in your profile.  You have Begin#2 as your server, so you should add you S:ET GUID into your profile.  You can get it by going onto an FA Silent-mod server, opening the console and entering /!myguid.  The server will PM your 8-digit S:ET to you.  You can do a /condump myguid.txt and then copy the number from that file as found in your Silent folder into the S:ET field in your profile.  😄  (You could also just look at the screen in ET and then type it into a file, and then copy that into your profile, but I, personally, am afraid of Typos myself! 😄

No problem :)
If you do would like to have a more serious admin role I'd strongly encourage you to apply here on forum to become an FA member. I don't think I can be a referral for you since I'm not a member myself but I'm sure it won't be hard for you to find someone that can be a referral to you. They can help you and teach you all the stuff you need to know. Based on what I know of you in game you're a great team player, you're always helpful giving out ammo or med packs and helping out with objective. I don't remember I have ever seen an issue with you. Your posts here only show to me you take it serious, show good responsibility and you want to do the right thing. All good qualities for a good admin in my eyes, so maybe think about it. I'm in your corner! 😄

Beautifully said!

Now take your own advice and !apply Look. 😆
