to play on Nq2 you need to have older version of etlegacy (2.75)

I have the same problem on NQ2. So basically I have to re-install version 2.75?

 

I also cannot enter NQ1 due to a different error saying: "recursive error 'Fail -00-: Can't open PK3...' after: Fail -00-: Can't open pk3..."

i think you can have the 2 versions without trouble. I need test this 😛

A colleague downloaded a file zz_nq1.2.9_6p-0.7b.

And it doesn't work anymore... 😕

File restore zz_nq1.2.9_6-0.7b , could help.
I think the error is in cgame.mp.i386.so and cgame_mp_x86.dll.

Today I played in NQ2, i had not problem entering and playing, and the truth is that I felt very comfortable! Incredible to have a mode like no quarter and with the server in the United States!!

 I was able to play with better ping than in nq1 there were some players that entered for a while.
Is there a nq2 administrator? where to suggest maps? I hope that people who like this mode come to play! I will be playing with bots for a while every day waiting for people to enter!

NQ is the best mod so hang in there ppl will join 👍  ill pop by sometime too (altho im worse than a bot 😹)

suggest maps in the normal way just tag it NQ2

Exactly the same problem, that been fixed or that's matter of game version?

Install legacy <2.75 or ET2.60b. No other way.

There is a way. You need a specific file to put in your etlegacy game directory, and it works. I'll link you the file. Put it in program files > enemy territory - Legacy > etmain folder.
