:offtopic I was pretty sure that it was Italian for "yes, yes", but Google Translate "detected" Romanian and said that it meant, "and, and".  :D

ok, ok I exaggerated, but I can best optimize any pc, what bothers me, that after thanking you for the advice to change the modem, this topic was closed, did not need further answers from others, Hipkat had already previously said its about external programs, and I had already made it clear that it is a new win 10 installation, and new ET, so there are no other programs installed, and I had already written that windows updates are disabled, so the other 2 answers by Hipkat and Chuckun, are not helpful, rather annoy.
Actually I did not ask for help, but an explanation because I thought it was the server, since it had never happened before

OK listen my friend, I'm not trying to yell at you or put you down. I've been using computers since 1980, modifying and tweaking computers since 1998 and building them since 2005. I've also tried many 3rd party apps to make things run smoother, limit processes, etc so it's from experience that I'm saying to avoid as many of those as you can. They DO run either at start up, in the background all the time, or start and  stop as needed and installing, then uninstalling them leaves fragments in your registry and on your hard drive. Now that you have an SSD, you can't defrag it like an HDD. I check windows update manually bi-weekly. There's no need to do it daily as most updates are just security patches and Defender data bases. It's not like the old days when more updates were more critical.

My advice is to limit as much as possible that you install unless they're things that are critically necessary to how you use your computer or programs that you use often. Doing that takes the problems your having and eliminates the software and processes from being the problem. Keeping your drivers up to date - or at least too the last known versions to not have problems helps remove hardware from the problem. That leaves it to your internet provider, your internet connection or your router/modem, which it seems to be from what DD saw in your WinMTR.

I come in peace, dude!

This thread became quite dramatic, and quite fascinating for me.  I am a caveman.  Hammers, grease, dirt and sweat these are things I understand.  I only speak English as well.  I learned a few things from Jiren's posts and gained a respect for DareDevil, HipKat, Chuken and others.  You all stayed on an even Keel with Jirens frustrations...Jiren said si si.  All is well, proud of you all for not taking this to a war 🐀 😘

😎
