So, I think now I got the answer I was looking for. I also find a healthy common sense to be the best way to apply rules and now I get the point of view on this specific rule. Thank you once again for replying and making this thing clear to me. Very appreciate your attention and help.

First of all, I'd like to thank you for your quick reaction, gentlemen. Still I can't say, that I've got the answer I was looking for. I mean... Between saying 'hello'/asking 'whats up?' and 5-minute-long chats there are also alot of different short talks like saying "gotcha", "great shot", "I'll get you next time", "Only in your wet dreams" etc. What about these? Are such small conversations, which consist of 1-2 phrases from each side, allowed? I know the cmd !speak very well and I also use it, when other players tend to chat too much in other languages. And I find it to be the best way for admins to show that it's the limit... But how do I make sure I do not receive a warning if I respond in other language a couple of times during a map, for example?

TL;DR. So, my questions are: 1) Is English the only allowed language on European servers or not? 2) If not, how do I understand the allowed limit of using another languages?

This dialogue window asks you to choose components which you would like to be installed with this program. There are two options: language of text and language of audio, and several variants. As far as I understand you need only the first ones: English text and English audio, which are marked by default.- 26 replies

After these words I've remembered that I had some problems with locating Nq3 as well, so I tried to find it now... and I didn't manage to do that. I've scrolled the whole list for about 9 times, I have refreshed the list of servers at least 3 times... And I still didn't manage to find Nq3. I didn't find it even using noquarter filter. Maybe that's the main reason Nq3 gets new players that hard? Post Scriptum: I could name alot of present FA trial and full-members reqruited on Nq3.

Well, I'll say why I find vote system important. First of all I have my own preferences and my own favourite maps in ET (as well as the overwhelming majority of us). So, for example when I come in evening and have only 1 hour to play, I can't wait eternity until my favourite map appears (moreover, with a system when maps are loaded according to the number of players, it can just never appear). So I find it very important to let players decide on their own, which map they want to play next.

It's been about 3 weeks already since the new team balancing system was established on Nq3. I find this period of time long enough to sum up experience from using this system and conclude that it has failed. In my opinion it's even a greater pain in the neck for admins than stackers themselves. It requires much more actions to make teams even and frequently makes it just impossible tho keep them balanced if there are no admins on server. Very often bots 'block' teams, thus even if a player is willing to join a right team, but there is no admin to put a bot on opposite side, this player has to stack. That's why I'd recommend to restore the previous system, which made teams at least 6 vs 6 automatically or fix the current script.
