Xernicus Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 I'd turn off threaded optimization in your Nvidia control panel for et.exeI don't use an Nvidia card myself, so I'm gonna borrow some images to show you what to do:1. Open your NVidia Control Panel and go to "Manage 3D settings"2a. Click on "Program Settings" and look for "Enemy Territory" or "et.exe" in the pulldown menu.2b. If it's not there, uncheck "Show only programs found on the computer" and click on the add button. Browse to "et.exe" or "Enemy Territory" in the list and click ok/add/etc.3. Now find Threaded Optimization and turn it off.Some images courtesy of InfoCurse. Just pretend the Bluestacks emulator is Enemy Territory. Please post your lagometer screenshot with FPS display enabled. Based on that we can help you out. Lag can come from different things - 1. CPU - Low frequency to save power. 2. Heating Issue - Will cause massive, massive lag. Big time lags 3. HD IO - Big time lag and will make your warp and teleport. 4. GPU - Will drop your FPS big time. But ET is CPU bound game, so wouldn't use much GPU anyways. Even 512MB GPU would do fine. 5. OpenGL drivers - Mess up on this can cause problems.
