Gustavsson Biggest plus + Very very talent and promising forwards line, Detroit have a lot good young players, some young players most wait one year more because there is not enough spot for every young players, example, Mantha is in third line but in other team he might be number one liner, Pulkkinen might be some teams in second line as Sheahan, and Jurco. Biggest minus - I say that defencive group is team weak point, its solid and good in defencive way, but they need one star defender more in offensive way(playmaker defender) and DeKeyser is key player in defencive group so he need new contract. But they defencive players are good keep puck away from own goal, but weak point is that they not have enough offencive defenders and thats affect my rating. Biggest minus - Goalies are big question mark, Scrivens has only one good season and he is irregular in past and last season also, Fasth never played in starter in NHL, he is good and can be they number one goalie but he is irregular also. Defencive line is better than in past but they still need one or two offencive defender, D. Nurse is key for suggest, but because i not know him well his not affect ratings in positive way so much. Plus Schultz new contract its very important to team. Biggest minus - They not have enough good wingers, after Huberdeau, Jokinen and Fleischmann they not have wingers how can make 50-80 point per season, they need better wingers. Quick M Jones I put Richards to leftwinger in second line because he still have hight potential, Kings maybe trade him but i think it will be wise to keep him in second line winger Biggest plus + Like other cup challangers Kings have more plus than minus, They have four solid and good forward lines, they had hard to do goals in regular seasons in past three season but in playoffs Kings maked always enough goals. Ofcourse Quick is plus too and they have good young players in current roster who can raise his level a lot, but in the end i think biggest plus is defender group, they are those two teams who can let Mitchell caliber player walk away and still be top 3 defender group. Biggest minus - Hard to find one minus from current champ, ofcourse Richards and Brown was minor disappointments in regular season but everyone can have weak season or periods, i hear that some think that it will be better to Kings to trade Brown and Richards, but i say its not, Brown is Captain who lead his team for two cup, he never had or not come to be hight pointer player but he is leader, and Richards have still hight potential. I think in this season goal making it will be not hard for this team, but Kings gamestyle is more defencive than offencive so probably you not find Kings in top 3 in goals in coming season neither. I say that biggest minus is question mark how they can make new contracts for Toffoli, Clifford, Pearson, for season 2015-2016 but those things not affect my ratings because its not this season problem. Fointaine I have two different variation of two first line, i think Wild have two equal line and not first and second line, in Second Variation Parise play leftwing with Koivu and Vanek in Rigthwing and Haula take Leftwinger spot in Granlund, Pommiville line. But i like more lineups what i put in fantasy lines. Defence J. Brodin - R. Suter M. Dumba - M. Scandella J. Spurgeon - K. Ballard Goalies J. Harding N. Bäckström Biggest plus + I think our biggest plus is that we have two very good forwardline, as i say we not have first and second line, both are equal lines, even that i not wanted Vanek in my team first, im now give him chance and im happy that he is in my team. As i say couple time in my past previews its very rare in current NHL that team has top six forward who all are star players, we have 5 and couple young player who can be that sixth, like Haula, Niederraiter, Coyle, Zucker, Fontaine and Schroeder. We have one of NHL best defencive pair in Brodin and Suter, most not know Brodin but i see that he is in top 3 in best young defenders in league. We have two very good goalie who both can win Vezina next season if they are healthy. I think Koivu is best two-way center in NHL and Parise is very good also, so that raise overral raiting too. Biggest minus - Biggest minus is defencive group lightness, i so hoped that we take one or two defender in last summer free agent markets, but no, this summer there was not many good defender in free, but i was still disappointed, I think we really need two defender in our group, last year Dumba was dissappontment in my eyes, but i think he can be better this year, i hear a lot good for him. Scandella is my favorite player but third line is our biggest weak point, and if some of those sixt defender injured we can be in big problems, i not know Folin but hear a lot good for him, so he maybe take Ballard spot. Offencive Rating 9,5 Defencive Rating 7,5 Goalie Rating 9 Total points 26 Only team where i deep tell my reasons of ratings, ofcourse there can be Wild fan addition in ratings even that i try avoid that Offencive Rating number reasons, We have two very good two-way forward, couple very good defencive forward, Offencive ratings not only come for maked points, i take account if there is good two-way players, i look if some very good line raise number little bit. Like Boston they get 9,5 because they have two very good two-way player, and very good third line. Kings get 9,5 Because they have put Brown caliber player in third line and they have very good centers. So numbers come for different reasons. We have very good offencive group and good two-way forwards and good defencive forward. So total rating is 9,5 Defencive rating, number reasons. We have very good first pair what raise number a lot, Scandella have higth potential and he is good defender, Spurgeon is also decend defender, what played second most mins in last year. Goalies Rating: we have two goalie who can win Vezine if they are healthy. Plus i think we have one of best tandems in NHL. Plus we have maybe best third goalie Kuemper. Three Best players M. Koivu Z. Parise R. Suter My favorite players M. Koivu he is great leader and i think best two-way forward, and great faceoff man M. Scandella Great defender, i like his attitude and skill J. Brodin Great defender, i like his attitude and skill M. Granlund great playmaker, i think our best center in offencive way K. Brodziak great defencive way forward, i like his attitude N. Bäcsktröm great goalie, he usually not need make dashing saves because he position himself so well J.
