Thing is, a good map isn't simple to make. There's a lot that goes into it, not just the layout and objectives but the actual design, keeping it lag free, not overly detailed, etc....

So sad such a topic can't awake the interest of all the community.

It's a general interest to look into new maps implementation and collective topic to pay attention to.

And probably the only way to attract new players.

Purefrag and fragmaze too short for jay1.....

Oilraid and 1944 beach.... Bad maps.... Oilraid was tried here didn't work... 1944beach in jay3 was the worst map

There is demand for new maps, but I haven't seen   players on Jay1 giving any positive feed towards them  . "Most" players on jay1 ready to play same maps again and again which they are familiar with  (like 6 basics map or any other small map "brehemen, et_beach, adlernetst etc.") , instead of any new map which they are not familiar with.   There were some new maps  added to rotation and got removed soon .. for example  Bridges , rochelle, graverob (can't think of more) .

There were some that stayed, too. BBA Castle, Resurrection are 2. @Phoenix, I don't remember most of those but could be worth trying on say a test server or a few at a time and see how they do
