Symfony Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 This is mostly a suggestion for HC since it's where I normally play. rnades are beginning to get really annoying. When there's more than a few people on each team, almost every engineer uses one and it's almost like trying to defend against a team of panzer users because you get 3 rnades coming at you at once, especially in chokepoint areas. Plus, the rifle itself does a good bit of damage so you're almost guaranteed to die if you do actually encounter someone that can use the rifle effectively Furthermore many players use it for only the rnade and can barely hit anything with the garand/k43. One or two engineers with this weapon would probably be more than sufficient and way less annoying to play against as you don't have to worry about an rnade every time you walk through a doorway. 3 Quote

Platinum VIP Fatal Posted December 7, 2017 Platinum VIP Posted December 7, 2017 RG should be 2 per team but only over a certain amount of players, say 8 each team and 2 are unlocked, if not only one is allowed, should be a ban on panzer until theres a certain amount of people on there, if theres only 2 people per team with the bots and someones using that panzer you can guarantee they will kill you or your teammate most times haha 3 Quote

CheepHeep Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 Yes, limit these or reduce rnade damage. On Hardcore at least, you have to triple headshot them before they fire or you're dead. Once hit by their rnade, it throws your aim off like anything and then they usually just have to shoot you once with their rifle and poof. Just as deadly as panzers especially on hardcore where quite a few are pretty handy with them. 1 Quote

This, and plus you don't even have to be handy with them really, as long as you fire an rnade remotely close to someone their health is gone and you generally only have to hit them once, yeah. Quote

Too close and it's an instant death especially if you're not a med. Quote
DFighter Posted December 7, 2017 Posted December 7, 2017 Limit would be good on FA1 too, thx no it would defently not be good for jay1 hardcore i might feel diffirent because hardcore as the name say is generally where the pro's play or players that like to rate so people that join or play hardcore basicly know that mostly players playing in it that usually play as medic etc and are pro players that dont like basicly heavy weapons however jay1 isnt that kind of server if we reduce the limit and damage there that would mean for 20 raters a better option because they get killed less by the heavy weapons but for 480 players that aren't super skilled it would mean less options to kill the better players and less options to play with in general to make atleast a decent score so for hardcore I might understand why even there still will be a lot people that wont like it but with the teamkill, the sort of gameplay and players playing in it it makes sense to me but for jay1 it is not it would be bad for most of the players and just a few will like it just so they can rate even harder and die even less by heavy weapons or grenades etc and for the rest it only will be harder to make kills or not get slaughered in the first place like me for example 1 Quote
