They really need to hire some techs that that are just that, techs. To fix one HC issue last time they took 24-48 hrs. They are nothing but a bunch of incompetent idiots. All they had to do was to kill the hung process, fix another person server which conflicted with our server and reboot the server. Sorry for the trouble guys. How this is different from Tier 1 is anybody's guess. Fortunately she's bumped the issue up to Tier 3. So in another 24-48 hours, I'll get another lovely phone call. *insert clever Dante's Inferno joke here* The race is on to see which incompetent tech company responds with a workable solution. BTW, I'd be a little cautious using free VPNs. While it's active, all your internet traffic is routing through them. You have no idea how they may be handling that information. Read ToS and privacy policies carefully. I'm not home to verify right now, but I called my son and he was able to connect. Everyone that was unable to get in, try again now.
