Well in my case the answers were "easy" as i did chosed them regarding how often i had interraction with them

 

(=> thus, not a question about their ability, just about how often i could chat with them in addition to what they have been doing lately for the clan IMO) 

 

edit: if asked i won't mind answering leaders regarding this matter too even if it's for fun
