Yep that triangular roof is the secret of this jump , no matter where do i jump , as long as i land there , it will be alright.

 

 

while on the jump you gotta move the mouse left and right along with A and D (left right) , to get some speed to get to the roof (strafe jumping)

There's another roof on the other side of the cliff where you can pull off similar jump with 0 damage, but I'll let you find it out
