Download ET for MAC

Does anyone know how to download ET on a Macbook or has a link?

So you told me the person wanting to download ET couldn't download it from that link.

 

Anybody else with any knowledge on this or who already use mac to play ET that could give some information please?

Hey there! Could you provide us with the version of Mac OS you are using?

Any newer than Snow Leopard (starting with Lion 10.7.x), the official ET program is not supported. You would need to run it in a VM.
Luckily, there's a way around that... ET:Legacy to the rescue! It's still a work in progress and I can't confirm whether you'll be able to connect to all servers. (If i remember correctly ETPro has issues with ETL)
But it will run natively on Intel based macs with recent operating systems.

Majorgeeks is safe, can verify. Softpedia.... eh, they like to bundle stuff afaik. But it's easy to uncheck those extras.

here ask me i tried half year to get it run on mac =)

and now it runs smooth

 

best way is to install https://www.playonmac.com/en/

then dl the normal wolfenstein exe for windows. (http://fearless-assassins.com/files/file/774-enemy-territory-full-version/)

 

u will install a virtual drive as an emulation.

 

i got stable 125fps

 

BUT u can play every mod just no etpro.

etpro isnt working in any way neither with legacy or the mac progs for wolfenstein

legacy lags for me on mac. playonmac was my workaround and im fine with this.

I used to play legacy a while back and then it suddenly stopped working and would crash whenever i got shot. I tried again now that im done with school for the summer, and downloaded a fresh ET Legacy but I am still having the same issue. I also tried PlayOnMac and cant seem to get it to work whenever I try to install regular ET on it.

Not a Mac user but have read to set r_allowExtensions 0 most sites point to this cvar apparently.
