COC COC Demotion and kick Discussion

I made this topic so we do t get confuce on who kick or demoted who. Is allways good to keep track of all our decitions.

We will only kick for inactivity. For other things if we kick we will not be inviting them back anyways. For inactive kicks they can easily join back. The only reason, I agreed on inactive kicks is because when new player joins he see 20 members out of 40 are inactive and he thinks clan is inactive and leaves. 

 

Then it gets hard for war team to get good wars. So it's understandable to kick inactive members. Off course they can always join back and we will approve it ASAP.

I believe that was Mike if i am not wrong (I could be wrong). He demoted few inactive ones and then we had a discussion. We are not planning to demote anyone. If you someone is inactive for more then a 5 weeks straight up then it seems like they have pretty much lost interested or super busy and they can always join back. 

 

I can move you back to elder. No issues. To be honest, when I joined, I just played as member and someone made me co leader after months. 

 

I really don't want more paper work. It's just us bunch of friends playing together and we only kick inactive ones because their is limit of 50 per grp and we don't want to give impression to new comers that 50% are inactive in our group.
