My friend lived in a small apartment about a 15 minute walk from the Higashimurayama Station in Tokyo. Stayed there every night except when we went to Kyoto. We stayed the night in a traditional inn there and then went to Osaka the next day. Having his place to stay really helped on the cost even though I still spent a lot lol. Usually took us about 45 mins - 1 hour from his station to get to some of the more popular places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo station. 1 Quote

Sake set, Tengui cloth, fancy chopsticks, fan of Mt Fuji, random owl, maneki-neko cat, pokemon, and some interesting kit kat falvors (cheesecake, raspberry, wasabi, raisin rum, green tea) Edited March 29, 2016 by Corey 1 Quote
