ET sensitivity: 2.8

Game resolution: 1680x1050

DPI: 2600

Fov: 110 (use also 90 for long shoot with fov script)

USB Rate: 500hz (1000hz is not that good if you have a lot of programs running on background... for old pc with old cpu better forget 1000hz for the good of your cpu resources)

a good Sensitivity means some elements under control:

Sensitivity

DPI

Resolution

FOV

USB Polling Rate

Disable mouse accelerator

maxfps

for dpi (dots per inch) a dot is equal to a pixel, more dpi you set faster the mouse can cross the screen in other simple words dpi does have a relation with screen resolution so more dpi is better with higher screen resolution.

btw you can always read for more knowledge this long good article about mouse optimization guide for CS but it's http://www.overclock...tion-guide.html

I use this in my autoexec to toggle sens and field of view. I use a Razer Naga mouse with 5600 dpi.

//fov toggle

unbind MOUSE2

bind MOUSE2 "vstr snipe"

set snipe "vstr snipeon"

set snipeon "cg_fov 90; sensitivity 3.00; set snipe vstr snipeoff"

set snipeoff "cg_fov 120; sensitivity 5.00; +reload; -reload; -reload; set snipe vstr snipeon"

Also I reassigned the original purpose of the right mouse button to the Z key:

bind z "weapalt"
