Aside from German, French and Japanese, I didn't get any of them lol... I failed (especially if you consider that I actually understand some German and a bit of Japanese, so I didn't have to guess)

 

#16 Scots? or something like English

 

btw #3 is not Italian, Italian wasn't in the list. They could have put Chinese as well.

Guys, about number #15

 
 
at 9:33 - dobre dla kraju ("good for a country")  will be sounded like "dobré pro zemi" in Czech language. It also not a Slovakian - "dobré pre krajinu", particle pre spoils a picture, still echoes very similar...  ....too much Ch(č) and Sh(š) - is a definitely a West Slavic languages group.
 
I am positive -- it's Polish.

german was a easy one, at first I only guessed german, french and finnish :-)

The last one I could only tell it was lithuanian because of the 'laba diena' :-) which means something like' good evening
