...history of Russia?....

Music from the Communist era is a part of the history of Russia, as is the music of the Tsars and the peasantry.

2) could you specify what is the "trash"? the songs or the communism? could you please explain why?

ok so, last few words from me....

i don;t like a topic on forum that has their own  country subjects music : like i'm Russian, German, Serbian or Chineese..or im from a fukin south pole. If you want to post different gendres of music like house, metal , disco...or any other..Yes! ..of course, but showing of how super my country is...NOPE , dude :). It's just my little opinion. You can write a description above your post where are you from and why you like this part of music,Simple? ... always. Russia FTW! ;)

There was alerady a thread with 'post music from your country', anyway I don't think it's about how 'super' country X is...

I posted in the German songs sections because when I was learning a bit of German I obviously wanted to listen to German songs, in order to practice.

Now I listen to a lot of Japanese music because I switched to learning Japanese and my German is on stand by, so to speak. Therefore I post a ton of videos in that Asian music section, and of course I post only Japanese stuff and not, let's say, Korean pop (because I don't get anything of what they say, even if I think music is sort of universal, so I could still enjoy Korean songs, provided they don't say things I don't agree with). But obviously I don't post Japanese music because I think Japan is super, or things like that..

Each language has a distinctive sound, so even within the same genres, a song in a languge will sound different than a song in another one. And then you have some typical traits, for example Japanese rock has that typical sound you might like or not. So when you say it doesn't make sense to have a thread for music from specific countries, I don't really agree.

Obviously some countries have a lot of impact in the media if comapred to others, for instance it wouldn't make sense to have an 'English songs' thread, since you could just go in the 'what song are you listening right now' thread and it's 99% English already. So maybe a thread for non-English songs would have been enough.
