Small photo dump from last week. Some stuff I filled my stomach with.  Pie with smoked salmon and funnel chanterelles, Spaghetti & meatballs with tomato & herbs sauce, and Crispy chicken with roasted potatoes and bearnaise sauce😜 Sometimes you gotta eat good.

Tonight's dinner slow cooker pot roast and veggies. I do preparation throw it in pot and cooks while I'm at work . Turned out great!

Brunch today: from scratch seasoned country style potatoes with little onion and green pepper and scrambled eggs with little Mozzerella and green onion, 2 pieces of bacon

Green chili chicken sour cream enchiladas with refried beans, and Spanish rice!
