Jobba Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 Saw it about 3 days ago. It was pretty good, I thought bradley cooper did a great job. Its kind of eye opening to those that are still thinking about joining the military. Quote

Ol Smoke Posted January 19, 2015 Posted January 19, 2015 Do you guys remember when he, and how, he died? Trying to teach a vet with PTSD how to shoot. The guy went crazy and shot him and his friend at a shooting range. Michael Moore called him a coward the other day. 1 Quote

docwarren Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 Just a little tidbit. A friend of ours was invited to the red carpet opening here in DFW by one of the consultants for the film who knew Kyle. Bradley Cooper was there. They were shocked to find their consultant friend was sitting next to Cooper. And then were shocked when they saw him actually on screen during the scene where Kyle comes back home and first goes to a gun range with 2 disabled vets. And to show you what class Cooper has. They were late for the DFW premier. The reason? Well, they were at the San Antonio premier the night before. They were late for DFW because Cooper insisted on spending time at the military hospital near San Antonio, even though it would make them late here. Entertaining movie, but it seems they were a little too liberal with his role in events, from what I know of his actual in country stuff. But that's Hollywood for ya. Quote
