Contra wins no doubt. Teenage mutant ninja turtles, mario and chip and dale were good too. I still have an old sega video game with all these cassettes and it still works. though it needs new joysticks.

also, all of us back then knew to blow in the game cartridge if a game didn't work BEFORE we had the internet. we didn't have google back then. lol

did you ever do the spoon trick? where you 'stick' a spoon between the cartridge and the thing that holds the cartridge down? dont know if it really works but i used to do it when blowin wasnt enough

LOL I had my kids play the old nintendos. They taught themselves that trick too. Blowing in the cartidge. HAHAHA.

 

It amazes me that I can find games similar to the ones I enjoyed as a kid, I can now play for free on Flonga.com, Hallpass.com, and my personal favorite armorgames.com. It also amazes me how we would drop 30 bucks on a new game, and today its free. Time has changed so much.

I use to play Mario Bros all the time when I was a kid....Mario Bros 2 was my favorite =) I still got my old gameboy....that gameboy is 21 years old........
