If you mean on that console line, it's message from the server itself, to let people know FA is looking for members. It's not an actual person recruiting for other clans.

If you check the screenshot you will see that Daredevil was on. So if any recruting was done on the server he would have made them suffer. I would also like to point out one time when I was just playing with a bs name and tentsik kept pm me that my F|A tags were wrong. I guess after the 10 pm I told him if he doesn't quit pm me I will ban him he disconnected right away. Annoying kid is annoying.
