I can take couple day in week when i sleep only 7 hour but if come 3 day in row where i sleep only 7 hr i come very very sick. When i have lack of sleep i come very sick, i cant eat, my stomach is very painful and i become depressed very easy. I have medication all the time because i have problems how to get sleep. Quote

Dddrgn Posted December 22, 2013 Posted December 22, 2013 It depends on when I go to sleep, but generally around six hours a night - not horrible at least. It just sucks when I have to work the next day... It's not even my own fault always, my body won't fall asleep until at least 1 am, even if I go to bed at ten or eleven. Quote

Weird thing is the less sleep I get the better I feel the next day, however the lack of sleep will catch up to me and ill be a pissy 80 year old man. If I sleep 9+ hours I feel groggy and tired all day. Im also bipolar so every night is a little different lol Quote
