old cpu my fps was 125 and new with lower quality max is 30

I think low fps despite having such decent specs means it has something to do with Open GL . Check its settings in graphic card options. Also try to set affinity of ET to single core.

single core won't help you much, actually I don't know what you mean by 'single core', since et can never run on more than 1 core at the same time.

Maybe you mean telling you os which specific core must run et, instead of letting the os choose? But it can never be the reason for such poor performance.

From what I have seen with your performance index it could be that your processor isn't able to handle the game? With your video card you should be able to play the game with relatively high settings an get great fps. So I am assuming it might be the processor. Have you overclocked the processor?

 

Edit*- Also make sure all of your drivers are up to date as well. That could help.

the comp I had last before I got this one was a AMD athlon 64 x2 and lower than 5200 ..maybe in the 3200 somewhere and it was 1.9Ghz Lol. but anyways I still had atleast 100 fps

 

So its its probably something in your game config or either graphics card settings

I have 70+FPS on all servers except Jay1 for some reason. Might be the server?

fps drops especially when the mines are revealed, artillery in use or flames.

 

changed several times hunkmegs, soundmegs and zonemegs.

 

Last week, my memory card has stopped and now I have only 2 GB memory ram and without any novelty, the performance has not diminished nor increased.
