AcidParadox Posted July 14, 2012 Posted July 14, 2012 I notice that axis are really confused on what to do on this map , maybe they are too lazy to read the objectives at the limbo or maybe they find the text not so clear to understand. They often they get lost and they don't know where to take objectives. I was wondering if you guys wanted me to do a guide/tutorial for this map because this map is a huge teamwork challenge for axis , hardest map i have seen on Jay 1 for axis and i don't think they have cleared this map either. 2 Quote
Administrators daredevil Posted July 14, 2012 Administrators Posted July 14, 2012 Someone needs to make tutorial/video for it. I can upload video on our YouTube channel. Quote
AcidParadox Posted July 15, 2012 Author Posted July 15, 2012 Dang for some reason , my computer lags a lot when trying to record Quote
G!NG3R420 Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Its just a new map for most. People still disconnect when the map comes on from missing the map .pk3. So far the furthest I have seen the teams get are in the square trying to capture obj. Sooner or later people will start to figure it out, but a tutorial for guidance would be nice for most. Quote
ladykris Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Personally, the map is new to me. So I went on a friends server to test out the new map there, to get to know the objectives and where to go. I think it is a great idea to make a tutorial/video about where to go and what to do. Quote
Administrators daredevil Posted July 15, 2012 Administrators Posted July 15, 2012 Who ever makes nice video will receive silver VIP gift card for one year. Video Requirements: 1. Should show how to complete objective. 2. Should show how to defend objective. 3. At the end of the video: Credits to who ever made video and to Fearless Assassins Gaming Community. Quote
Antimony Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 The map is good . But as it is large and has lot of areas it is bit confusing. There are also plenty of ways to each and complete the objectives. It will take some time for regulars to learn the map and once they know it, it will be more fun to play. Quote
AcidParadox Posted July 15, 2012 Author Posted July 15, 2012 (edited) Hey dare, what's the video resolution of blade's video on the youtube channel? Edit: Btw , I got rid of the lag Edited July 15, 2012 by AcidParadox Quote
AcidParadox Posted July 15, 2012 Author Posted July 15, 2012 Just got done with editing the tutorial section , Im gonna go to jay 1 and jay 2 servers to record footage for the intro and credits. So yeah , you may appear on this video! Quote
Leader RedBaird Posted July 15, 2012 Leader Posted July 15, 2012 I find it confusing, but that is part of the charm of a new map. I played twice as axis and once as an ally. When allied, I spawned at their rear flags to explore the nether regions. I found I could build a CP, but that was about all. The three main segments are separated by blast-walls in what look like tubes between structures on the game map. The allies can't (er, I couldn't) get out of the two rear constructs where they have flags until the Axis dyna the blast-walls. The author has kept the fighters close and nobody no ally can get too far from the fighting. The axis can wander backwards, though. I like the multiple-paths leading to axis barriers. Quote
AnG3L Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 As for everything when something is new, a time of adaptation is needed. I am sure that the players are going to love this map 1 Quote
BaRbWiRe* Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 New map = time to adaptation that's all it is nice to have some new maps Quote
