Anyone here likes fitness?

You do weight training, cardio or grouplessons like zumba, sh'bam, bodyjam, bodycombat, bodybalance, bodypump, steps?

 

I love the grouplessons, only started fitness 2 months ago, but it's a lot of fun!

I like the grouplessons more than weight training and cardio, only do weight training and cardio when I feel like it.

I do zumba and sh'bam every week, sometimes other grouplessons too.

I find those kind of 'dances' weird, but it's apparently a good way to lose weight, according to those vid ^^ I personally don't like fitness (and no, I'm not gay :P) and anyway I'd rather need some McDo, I'm too slim :D

Never tried those things, but is it effective?

 

Yes, it's very good to lose some weight and to get a better condition.. also good if you just want to stay in good shape

 

I'm not fat, I just wanna lose my little fatroll and get a better condition ^^

I started circuit training in February, and while I haven't lost any weight I have become more toned and I feel much healthier.

I try to do zumba 2x a week if I can

Not only to stay in shape but I just enjoy it :)

For Losing weight this is good + a good diet which means eating 6 times a day depends what you want to achieve :)
