Do you play fullscreen?

Full screen 1600x1200. Wouldn't have it any other way. Wish the game would support 1920x1080...

Full screen. If I need to go check on something, I exit ET, then come back later.

Hey guys.. I thought I'd set a poll for this because I've often wondered.

 

I started playing with fullscreen off because it's easier to multitask that way.. All I have to do is drop the console down with ~ (or rather ` for UK keyboard) and then my mouse is no longer 'grabbed' by W:ET, so I'm free to open up my browser and respond on forums or talk on xfire/msn.

 

But then I realised that my aim is actually so much better than it is in fullscreen.. So I now play in a 800x600px window - and I actually play better because of it.

 

Which does F|A prefer? And why?

I dont play full screen for the exact reason. However i did a search for the ET Minimizer and i'm going to try it.

by default the game is fullscreen..

 

Either type \r_fullscreen 1 into console, or go to Options > System > Fullscreen "Yes" from main W:ET menu screen

It's fullscreen, or nothing.

Fullscreen, everything else is just distracting for the serious business of ET (and all other FPS games, I'll sometimes play an MMORPG in windowed mode, though). I minimize if I need to check something.
