The S:ET Guid in your profile is not found on Silent#1, but your W:ET guid is.

 

You do have level 12 on the new S:ET GuID, but you will have to put a copy of it into your profile.  

 

Open the console, do  /!myguid,  condump the info to a file and then copy & paste that new 8-digit guid into the S:ET  field in your profile.

 

Technically, you should not have an admin level on a GUID not found in your profile. 

On the other hand, your W:ET in profile is accurate, but is not sufficient to setlevel on a Silent server. 😄
