Hello!

 

after posting several contact us during time and never got a response - I once asked @Ins4ne if he can check if it went thrue and I remember he said no ( I also had mail and proof I sent it)

 

I forget about it during time to be honest and just figured out and went to test it

and only what I can see now is this in screenshot. Anybody able to check, help and fix ?

Same problem with me.

We have notified this to @daredevil few days ago ( I think  @RedBaird and @Leatherface were the first to notify it).

 

Please be patient for a fix as DD is certainly working on it

That’s one problem for all.

but even when it work normal for everyone else before this error, my messages for some reasons not going for at least last 6-9 months. I had once problem with groups. Can’t this be the thing again ?

U mean that your messages to contact us are not received by us?

I beleive that there is no need to be part of group to send a contact us.

Yea exactly there are couple of them from like half year ago without response, that’s why I asked insy if he can see it when I sent it (sent him even SS) and couldn’t see it neither

AFAIK anybody can send an e-mail to contact us. No specific permission needed.
