sorry to come with the same problem but after i make my pc a "clean" i reset im my nvidia confg so now after a wile fps became unstabel i change the congf like betinho told me last time and now it get worst

mmh are you using Steam to connect  to ET?

And can you copy here the content of your CFG?

If you are using Intel CPU -> Make sure game is NVIDIA GPU and not Intel one.

You can find that in the nvidia control panel, in the "configure surround, PhysX" part and there select your GPU (nvidia ofc)

To be sure that ET uses correct GPU:

with 2.60b ( Vanilla ET) type in console \r_lastvalidrenderer

with ET Legacy type in console \gfxinfo
