@Chuuu Thanks for the second 'traffic' pic.  I had thought the oddity in the first one was the stop sign on the traffic light pole!  I didn't notice the "Desktop image" on the electronic sign at all! ? 

 

That reminded me of seeing a late night/early morning "emergency notification test" on my TV that only showed a Windows error statement. ?
