0 Leader RedBaird Posted April 13, 2022 Leader Share Posted April 13, 2022 (edited) Your groups are definitely set to this: PRIMARY GROUP ET Member SECONDARY GROUPs + Silver VIP ADDED: My profile has a "Cover Photo" tab on the upper right side, next to the "Edit Profile" control. It's for Gold VIP and hence it didn't work for you actually. I would definitely do that for the folks, who are actively helping in help section to other users as a thank you perk. (5-7 instead of 6-8). 0 0siE. Posted April 16, 2022 Share Posted April 16, 2022 I've got the same problem : I bought silver vip in january and saw that my group automaticaly changed to vip. With it I wasn't able to see member groups so I pmed @von Rantala and he fixed it. Few days later, I remembered that I wanted to help the clan for sure, but why not using the gifts ? Actually, I don't know what happenend and if everthing is all right. I just can't change any banner and my gallery ("paint") seems to be full.
