Looks like it says "Lucy Earglas".

Nothings comes up on Google though, very likely an amateur painter, you can see from the quality of the painting she wasn't very skilled.

@PHNTM wondering if you could take a look at my painting too

The old man that sold it to me said it was a punk rocker

It does look like a 10th century benedictine punk rocker, could even be an earlier example because this order of punk rockers was founded in 744 AD.

I know a guy at Sotheby's, I'll PM you his contact. We can discuss my fees later on.

Not the same person.

You can read L'Engle's signature clear as day.

I did a Google Image Search on that pic, and it came back as a Rembrandt!

A "Rembrandt Rabbit Charm, Gold Plated Silver", to be specific, I guess because of the gold frame!  😄

By Rembrandt Charms.

Well for one thing can't really make out the name other than the first and its a painting done in (1968) I.e 68 unless its older 1868 lol doubt it but from what I can tell its probably done by an amateur artist. Try doing some research on it.  Was it in the family for a long time or did you buy it in a antique shop?

P.s I will help ya out and try to do some more research on the name
