Long story short.  Run as admin = I was already doing that. (thanks tho)

The actual issue was I reinstalled ET and there was a many corrupt files in the C:\Program files (x86) folder.

Buried the entire ET folder on C:\ Program files (x86) = then reinstalled ET

All Good.

Thanks for ALL your help!

P.S.

Too bad I can't move my Profile XP to the new install = Got demoted from a General to a Private Noobie.

You need to "run as admin".  I used to have my ET.exe set to that and also my shortcut to the exe.

I got tired of forgetting to do that, so I set ET.exe & the shortcut to 'run as admin' in the properties of each.  In Windows, that is.

On Jay#1/Recruiting, the HotGlock name has the same IP but different GUIDs on 21 May, 21 May and 22 May.  It was last seen before that on 18 April.  The April  visit must have been before your 'new computer'.

You should not be 'receiving' an new GUID each time that you join.  I wonder if that has something to do with that Game-Code error???

Your Jaymod XP is tied to your ET GUID, which is generated by the "etkey" file in your ETmain folder.  Save a copy of that new file version somewhere off of your computer.  An ET Reinstallation removes that file.

Etkey is also used by the NoQuarter servers.

For Silent servers, your S:ET GUID is generated by the "silent.dat" file in your Silent mod folder.

By "buried", do you mean that you moved it elsewhere?  If so, you can retrieve some of your files and copy them to your new installation, such at etkey, silent.dat, config files, etc.

Unless they are also corrupted.  Before you overwrite any new files in your new installation, I would save them else where, to a data folder somewhere.
