Ever since I have built my new pc every time i move around there is a line that runs from the bottom of my screen to the top and stuff because sharp almost like my monitor is constantly refreshing the screen but it hurts my eyes happening every time. Please could you tell me what your Windows display refresh rate is set in Hz? Also your graphics card software settings specific to ET?
