If you do keep in mind it will stop all activity when immunizing you will need to uncheck internet settings to use browser or games that require networking.

next time you see it running start power shell and feed it this to see if it kills it 

 

Start PowerShell.exe (Windows PowerShell console)    CTRL+SHIFT+P

 

Use search powershell and run as admins noticed it doesn't work on windows10 mybad

 

Set-MpPreference -DisableRealtimeMonitoring $false
