Anticipate your opponents possible movements when taking corners, try to calculate possible angles for rnade  for possible enemy campspots. Rnade needs even more knowledge about map and enemies usual movement path than other weapons(except maybe mortar).

Also it it doesn´t help when moving around sporadically, have to move calmly and pace the shots so the rifle spread drops to minimum. In very close range you can shoot quickly and aim for the head.

Usually the bounce from wall works best with rnade, as good players jump over if  you shoot it through the floor. Also you can bounce it from the floor up in the air.

There is also a certain distance threshold with the rnade. If the rnade flies over a certain distance, a direct hit to a player will cause the nade to explode and it'll usually be a kill/instagib (depending on server settings).

Do what i do bounce it off the walls lol, like Van said try to anticipate their moves, if u use mortar often you can use the rnade form spawn but its luck etc end of the day and works mmm somtimes :)  just by using the angle u would do with mortar, bounce it off the floor if the enemy is too close ...aim it into a crowd maybe

This is gonna sound kind of silly, but its mostly geometry in terms of where the rnade will bounce and land. Of course it's a game so its not completely realistic. If you just want to start understanding angles better for shots in general and not learn where to place shots really well in game maps, then watch billiards videos of people going over bank shots. It will give you a in depth snapshot of what goes into decided which angle to choose.

It's 99% timing. Good rifles are good because they hit places that they don't even see an enemy. They know how long it takes to get there. So if you're defending on adlernest for example, you can shoot the bridge about 10 seconds after they spawn (on hardcore) and most of the time you'll get a hit / kill.

The basics like aiming a shot just come from practice.

have you ever tried do watch rifle noobs on youtube. Well axample of rifle fights. th number of maps is calculated.. On every map you find rifle r-nade long distance shooting. Trick shooting required practice on empty server or server that allowed r-nade cam. when you have r-nade on rifle it remains right angle or as my previous supportres in topic said have right bumps from walls.connect with movement. Rifle needs needs different strafe strategy. try to move as sharp as you can.

Another thing, watch your mini map so you can see enemies coming and anticipate a shot

okay so the  r-nade in my book is one of the  easiest  wep to us   you can aim this little buggier and get a kill i love using this wep as a trap see someone to kill shot at them 1 or 2 times and start moving away and  aim at the  roof  yep i said aim at the roof  90% of the time they will be coming  after you when they hear the  sound of the  gun  simply because not lot of people are really good at aiming it and there easy kills xD so give it try  bank it off some wall just make sure if your on say hardcore not to shot it at  teammates
