Sorry for your loss Rich.  We lost our 16 y/o English Spinger last year.  I was worried about the kids reaction but I think I ended up feeling the loss the deepest. Hang in there.

I kinda understand what you feel, my family had a dog once I grew up with it and he truly was a good friend.

I went through this two years ago and I still miss him, that said I happened to find another four legged friend that needed a home and Hank has done his best to help fill the void, he Is not the same dog but just a great in his own way. Still sorry for your loss
