Getting game to display gibs

My ET used to display gibs before (that body pieces that appear when someone gets blown up by explosive), and now ony helmet shows up when someone gets blown up (this is on Jaymod and Silent mod, while on NQ gibs do appear). Not really an issue but I was wondering what's up with that and if anyone ran into similar stuff or gibs never actually showed up on Jaymod/Etpub/Silent. I have cg_gibs set on 1 everywhere but doesn't seem to give any kind of effect.
Found an iPhone

Ok, this seems a bit weird (more like hellishly weird), but few days ago I was on a trip and I found an iPhone on the ground on one of the stops. It's locked and only thing I could use is voice command with which I tried to dial few names but sim card seems locked. Tried messaging via Facebook someone whose name has popped up randomly when using voice dial, haven't got any response yet (figured when someone messages you out of the blue on Facebook saying that he has an iPhone and wants to return it and needs info, it looks like a classic case of scam). The owner is apparently Dutch, the phone language is Dutch and the sim card is from Vodafone issued in Netherlands, and iPhone too was probably bought in Netherlands, also got the serial number from the sim tray. I'm not sure local Apple stores or police would care to bother with it, and there's no Vodafone service in here, so I wanted to ask if anyone was a Vodafone or an Apple thing user and willing to call Vodafone or Apple in Netherlands to see if they can find the owner by serial number.
Disk not formatted

Recently I attached an old HD back into the PC, everything worked fine and all of the data on it was fine, all 3 partitions worked too. Couple of days later, I noticed that one of partitions suddenly won't work and Windows (XP) display that "disk is not formatted, would you like to format it now" message. Today I noticed that one of the directories on other partitions also won't open with the not formatted message again. Probably it's the HD failing as it's fairly old but I want to try everything before I declare the whole disk dead. I'd like to recover the data but I'm not very optimistic on it.
So I was wondering if someone else had the same problem and what was the outcome of it.

Axis have to stop them by building MG nests and CP. Also landmines can be placed in trenches to slow down the Allies.

Then they have to blow the generator, dam gates and rocket bay gates. They have to steal the pass card to unlock the armory, deliver 5 dynamites to the detonator and activate the detonator to destroy the rocket. Axis can build a spawn and CP once they have passed the main gates.
Allies have to prevent Axis from completing their objective. They can build 2 tank barriers to slow Axis down, build the CP and destroy the spawn Axis built.
