Nope, the problem is still same, One more Thing i noticed is that My plan is of 1mbps, but the actual speed I get is 113kbps, why this high of difference?

Router, modem needs reset - I reset my router once a week - bad lines, internet settings not optimized. Could be many things

Are you sure it's kbps rather than KBps? Kilobits vs KiloBytes?

Probably a misunderstanding?
1mbps = ~125kB/s (or KBps). So this seems normal afaik.

The 12kB/s (around 10%) difference is simply overhead for TCP/IP, PPPoE, and ATM.

1mbps broken down:
8 bits (bps) = 1Byte (B/s)

1000/8=125. :)

Oh I see, then I get around 114 kbps its normal right? because I heard 1 mbps from them and I get in kbps lol right?

You can log onto the router, and there is usually an option to Reboot the router somewhere in the settings.

...Or you can just unplug the router and re-plug it back in.
