Cheep News I was casually browsing the news, in hopes of finding something interesting and relevant to post here, when I came across this rather intriguing article. I instantly thought of posting it here because I also recently posted a tutorial on Incubating Chicken Eggs and thought it to be a relevant and useful tip. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Fearful, flighty chickens raised for eating can hurt themselves while trying to avoid human handlers. But there may be a simple way to hatch calmer chicks: Shine light on eggs for at least 12 hours a day. Researchers at the University of California, Davis bathed eggs daily in light for different time periods during their three-week incubation. When the chickens reached 3 to 6 weeks old, the scientists tested the birds’ fear responses. In one test, 120 chickens were randomly selected from the 1,006-bird sample and placed one by one in a box with a human “predator” sitting visibly nearby. The chickens incubated in light the longest — 12 hours — made an average of 179 distress calls in three minutes, compared with 211 from birds incubated in complete darkness, animal scientists Gregory Archer and Joy Mench report in January in Applied Animal Behaviour Science. Chickens exposed to lots of light as eggs “would sit in the closest part of the box to me and just chill out,” Archer says. The others spent their time trying to get away. How light has its effect is unclear. On commercial chicken farms, eggs typically sit in warm, dark incubation rooms. The researchers are now testing light's effects in large, commercial incubators. Using light exposure to raise less-fearful chickens could reduce broken bones during handling at processing plants, Archer says. It might also decrease harmful anxious behaviors, such as feather pecking of nearby chickens. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is how "gentlechicks" are created such as I. So if you plan on hatching your own eggs, I recommend you do this if you wish to have calmer chickens. There were many cool trailers released this year for movies opening in both 2014 and 2015, but we have narrowed it down to the 14 very best coming attractions we saw this year. Avengers: Age of Ultron From its Pinocchio call-outs to the Hulkbuster battle and Easter eggs of more to come in the MCU, the first trailer for Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron gave us a nerdgasm and then some. We simply can't wait to see Joss Whedon's follow-up to his 2012 blockbuster. The Babadook This Aussie import is one of the scariest and most acclaimed movies of 2014, and this creepy trailer does a hell of a job giving viewers a good idea why! Birdman The first trailer for the critically acclaimed Birdman perfectly captures the movie's dark comedy, mental meltdown of its main character (Michael Keaton), and the showbiz satire that make it one of 2014's best movies. Captain America: The Winter Soldier Like the movie itself, this second trailer for Captain America: The Winter Soldier was an awesome mix of action, drama, and political intrigue showing just how deep into trouble Cap finds himself when he uncovers a conspiracy within S.H.I.E.L.D. Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Tense and atmospheric, this second-to-last trailer for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes expertly established the brewing conflict between apes and humans while giving fans the sight of apes on horseback with machine guns! Furious 7 The Fast and the Furious gang are back! The Furious 7 trailer has muscle cars parachuting out of a cargo plane, people! Outside of being an action-packed teaser, the trailer also serves as a fitting tribute to the late Paul Walker, who died during production. His remaining scenes were rewritten and completed via special effects and with his brothers serving as body doubles. Godzilla It's a slow, tension-filled build to the final reveal of a roaring Godzilla in this preview highlighted by Bryan Cranston and Ken Watanabe's ominous narration. Guardians of the Galaxy Ooga chaka, ooga ooga, ooga chaka, ooga ooga, ooga chaka, ooga ooga, Ooga chaka, ooga ooga, ooga chaka, ooga ooga, ooga chaka, ooga ooga! The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies As was heard around the IGN offices when this video dropped last month, "this is how you trailer!" This final trailer for The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies offers just the right blend of spectacle, action, and dramatic heft for director Peter Jackson's swan song to Middle-earth. Inherent Vice This first look at Paul Thomas Anderson's adaptation of the Thomas Pynchon novel perfectly captures the movie's stoner sensibility, period feel, and loony humor, while also showcasing its stellar ensemble cast. Jurassic World A genetically modified dinosaur runs amok in this upcoming reboot of the Jurassic Park franchise. Set years after the events of the first movies, the public has grown ho-hum about an amusement park full of cloned dinos. In Jurassic World's attempt to offer customers something bigger and better, they literally create a monster. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard star. Mad Max: Fury Road Mel Gibson is long gone now, but if you’re going to replace him, you couldn’t do any better than to go with Tom Hardy, who is reinventing Max Rockatansky in Mad Max: Fury Road. Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Zoe Kravitz, Riley Keough, Hugh Keays-Byrne, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley also star in director George Miller's long-awaited return to the Wasteland! Star Wars: The Force Awakens This hotly anticipated first look at the J.J. Abrams-directed Episode VII opts not to show Han, Luke or Leia, focusing instead on the new characters played by John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Oscar Isaac, and Adam Driver. From Andy Serkis' foreboding voice over to the final shots of the Millennium Falcon back in action, this trailer has indeed caused an awakening. Tomorrowland This secretive science fiction flick -- starring George Clooney and from Incredibles director Brad Bird and producer Damon Lindelof -- teased just the right amount of wonder and the fantastical. So those were our picks for the very best movie trailers of 2014, but what did you think? What are the strongest, most memorable trailers on our list, and what are some that you think we missed? Let me know!

In the end real life predominated ... Dear friends, mentor and compainons, after all I'd like to say thank You very much! For guiding and supporting me through my great time here. I've met only nice dudes, first of all the little family of NQ#3 (Fre*dom, Daniele, Foxboro, Jamesryan, D..X, Ecoban and so on), thanks a lot for the introduction in this great clan! Well, then some computer troubles cut all my connections to this server, that's why i focused on Jay#1 and i met polite killers and amazing mentors like blahq, DJ and menace. Thanks a lot, i'd like to call You my 'friends' now. Now i got to focus on my real life. In a few months i'm going to finish my school and start searching for some work, maybe an education in an hospital, to collect expierences for my big plan: medicine studies! However i have to collect lots of amazing results during my last months at my school to get a chance for attending a medicine studies. This is why i hope to get all of your sympathy if i have to leave the clan for an unknow period. In the end my top priority is my future, but i won't plan it without You! Hope to see you soon on battlefield. Faithfully, *Appel* Thanks for your attention and everything!

I have a sort of "specialty" when I cook. I tend to make a lot of breakfast/ lunch meals. Today I made something pretty great. I will say, it was by far one of the most delicious items I've ever created. I took 2 tortillas and cooked them until they were warm. DO NOT OVER COOK THEM THEY WILL NOT FOLD. Then I took 2 eggs broke the yolks added 1/4 cup of milk and a few pinches of shredded cheese. I scrambled them together over a little butter. I then put a half of a spoon of sour cream on each tortilla. Then I sprinkled 1 pinch of cheese on the sour cream. Finally, I put the egg on top, (Add salt/pepper if you like) and folded the tortilla closed. May I say it was delicious.
