The first column is the IP address of the computer, network, or device sending/receiving the data, allowing you to tell at what specific point across the internet what is going on.

The second column is a percentage for how much data was lost between sending it and receiving it.

The third column is the amount of packets sent.

The fourth column is the number of packets received.

The fifth column is the lowest ping (travel time) between sending and receiving.

The sixth column is the average ping.

The seventh column is the highest ping.

And the last/eighth column is the ping from the last packet sent.

Also, Copyleft is an alternative for Copyright. There is also Copywrong, and probably at least one other.

But, this data (plus some timestamps) should give the admins a rough estimate of what is happening, when it is happening, and where on the internet the problems are occurring. For example, the first IP is your local network/ISP, and the last IP is the computer/device/server you're trying to connect to. Everything inbetween is the path your data travels to get to the server and for it to get back to you. Seeing where the data is getting lost will let them figure out who to blame, and if it is within their power to fix it or if they have to call the next guy up. As an example, say most of the lost packets were at the last IP, the server; in this case, the admins would look at their network settings, resource usage on the server, and check for any patches for the OS, software, or hardware repairs that might need done. Since we're noticing most of the lost packets occurring before the server, that tells us that it's the server's host's ISP that is having trouble.
