I recently had purchased ASUS AC1900 router but I no longer need it since I am upgrading this one to NAS support @ AC-3100.

If I go back and return to store, I would get money back but I had purchased it on good deal for 60$. So if anyone wants it, let me know and I will ship it up to you and shipping needs to be paid. I will just charge whatever UPS charges me for shipping. New one goes from 130 to 180$.

Router Review -

Router current price -  https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320174

I purchased for 60$ and selling for 60$ + shipping.

I have flashed with ASUS Merlin firmware and did some customization.

PS On sale once I receive mine AC3100. Do note - On sale once I recieve AC3100. - Thanks!

I'd be quite interested. Especially for that price! Keep me posted, I should have some spare $$ in the next two weeks or so.

If someone else can come up with the money faster, I can totally understand selling it to them. :)

Price was the reason, I upgraded from N66U.

AC68U router range is really good. You can put on DD-WRT or Tomato or any firmware you like. I normally use Merlin firmwares because they are pretty stable and gives me good speed.

How the hell did you get that for $60?! If I didn't just buy a router/modem combo I'd be all over this. For price and Docsis 3.0 modem it would of been equal:O

I purchased one of those for pretty cheap at Walmart... Can't way it was $60, but was still a great find.   Something about overstock / not selling / poor people shop at Walmart / etc.. :P

It's a good and simple to use router and you won't find it for a better deal than he's offering.

It was on clearance at a Walmart near my friends place. I drove 20 miles for this router, said hi5 to my friend and drove back! So 2 days back my friend got two AC-3100 from same Walmart for 70 bucks each. So i am like chuck it! I will go with AC3100 and return this one back!

But then I thought rather then returning back to Walmart if someone on forums wants it, I can give this one to whoever needs it.

Range is amazing and I use Merlin firmware. Firmware details here -

Recently, I got 4TB External USB 3.0 WD hard drive for 35 bucks! Walmart for electronics ftw!! In some stores they carry electronics but no one buys it so Walmart removes it on very good prices!

Yup same here! Purchased from Walmart! But Walmart has crazy difference in prices. Same HD in Boston was for 60$ for clearance but 35 bucks near my friends Walmart. I guess no one goes to that Walmart for electronics.

I travel to DE, CT, NJ and MA often. So wherever I get cheapest and which ever comes on my route, I pick it up. My friend makes 1K a month just for selling stuff on eBay. I don't have that much patience! He sold his router and couple of others on eBay for 120 bucks each min!

Heh, that same router costs here in Finland something like 189 euros, so as converted that would be like 200 dollars... Finland isn't expensive place to live, not at all... :)

If I would be a bit closer to moving on my own, I would definitely get this one from you. Not just quite there..
