Challenge..

Hi everyone..

 

I would like to know if =F|A= have any challenge event,..

I mean,..I saw on some clan that some special event is created with some specific map who challenge few player or 1 on 1.

that cool,..

 

this will determinate who is the top player of the clan.  

 

is there any here ?

Nope and from the start that FA isn't about rating or a clan where skills really matter.

 

Also this kind of stuff could lead into unwanted situations.

You are thinking of competitive clans.

 

We are not a competitive clan. We are an easy going, relaxed gaming community.

 

A place for peeps to hang out and come together as friends. A place where people can play relaxed, without having to worry about being skilled. Skill does not matter to FA in any shape or form. It's why we do not allow FA tags in scrims or competitions. We do not want any part of that scene.

Even though we're not a competitive clan, tips have been shared and still can be shared by players to improve their skills. I've gotten tips from members improving my aim & accuracy. Also one can learn a lot just by observing players abilities in spec. mode. This is how I learned stealth techniques.

Back in the day, I got some of my best practice and training sessions with teammates on ET headshot and other duel maps. It really does help to improve aim. I coached many players on those maps about how to approach corners and how to improve aim. Now we didn't rank anyone, that seems a bit over the edge. Those maps are really fun though. I'd participate in an event like that but not to rank anyone, just for fun 1v1s and training.

It could be fun actually, some challenges with different weapons. 1v1 rifle, 1v1 colt, or simply a normal one! Dunno might be an idea

Naa.. it's not for the "fun".

it's all about people to show off thier skills..

 

if it was for fun players would have go to empty server or while it's got bots and doing 1v1 on dead zones

There is a small map that you always would see on a ETpro servers that was great for one first one but I can't remember the name of it right now. I'll have to look when I get home.

1v1 Garage was a good 1v1 map if I remember correctly. There used to be a RTCW map that had like 6 different "rows" to do 1v1 on push button to enter sort of thing. I dont remember what it was called, but if I can find my old install of RTCW on my old computer I will post it.

I think its name is Valhalla or something like that (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valhalla for more info what Valhalla actually is). The good thing on our ETpro server is you can vote for maps and play that map continuously if wanted/needed.

Is it possible you and me to do that? I would be very interested in any 1on1 exercise and tips/tricks exchange, especially if the player is better than me.
