I have the G710+

you need to open the 'Logitech Gameing Software' down in the sys tray by the windows clock.

You cannot bind the keys directly in ET to the best of my knowledge.

What you can do is to bind the keys in newer games with macros. Like WOW, COD etc.

you can say G1 = F1 or a key you cant reach easily so it is easier to push.

Here how it looks for me:

As medic wrote http://fearless-assassins.com/tutorials/article/73-how-to-make-binds-chat-sound-shortcuts/ (he took those keys from et source code)

Et has been written for basic key setup so it won't work with such advanced keyboards as g510s.

And yes as redy wrote(ninjad :| ), it's easily bindable with keyboard's software.

You could try double keyboard layout script if you still don't have enough keys :)

ye that i know... its strange it reconizes it as F

That is the default. If you dont specify otherwise, G1 is F1, G2 is F2 etc. You need to use the software to check out the options.

I'm playing without a keyboard right now, so while we're on the subject

if anyone wants to buy me one, this Razer Blackwidow will do please;

i've got a G510 and if i remember its like redy says, you gotta bind them to other keys, mine are set 1-11 as the F-keys and 12-18 are that &,é;",...

either install the software from site, or from the disk that came with it (that is if you still have that ^^)

I have the G910 Orion. All the binds can be configured in the software. You have to unbind the G keys, then remap them. I use mine as shortcuts, for example in the ET profile G1 = /kill, G2 = /exec hkjm, G3 is /exec hk1, g4 = /connect 185.35.77.63:27960 and so on

I used this method with my G110 after I downloaded the lastest version of the Logitech program.

I had to click on the profile + key, then click + in the new profile window and then navigate to ET.exe and select it.  Those G-Keys are set with my ET scripts only when I run ET.

oh wow. Thats cool. Thanks RedB. I need to check that out if that runs for me too.

Have a bunch of ET scripts. Would be great to map them directly to the keys!
