This maps are voted and played pretty often on the server so i am not sure if i would remove it to be honest.

I agree that sometimes playing same maps over and over again can be frustrating but removing regulars favorite maps is not the best idea in my opinion.

 

Winterbase could be removed as it is not played too often and etl_beach.

Just my two cents.

I completely agree with that statement the only reason I even suggest it (as I am aware it would upset some regulars) is that those maps also empty out the server sometimes especially baserace or Marrachech Streets. Anytime streets comes up the admin chat blows up with our dislike cause its one if not the most played map on the server and then half of us go spec cause tired of it. Just my opinion though I can definitely see it from both sides.

as stated by @ZaZa  before, 

 

the upper four  three  maps (except Mara) are constantly played and they do not empty the server once they are voted,

hence why we as the server administrators have the responsability to not remove them in order to do what´s best for the server.

 

Golden Dunk and Cortex 

these maps have shown us multiple times, 

that they are not fit for the NQ playerbase, hence why such special maps will only make their way into the rotation on events like gamedays.

this will keep their special factor for such events.

we must think of a replacement for that map soon, since i constantly witness dropping playernumbers or as stated above, people in spec once it shows up.
