one is with Stracciatella di bufala, and the other one is with smoked salmon.

that cream of the buffalo mozarella actualy stole my heart and was way better than i expected it.

My question is more about your frying pan, is that the hexclad pan from Gordan Ramsay?  I hear a lot of good things about it, wondering how you like it?

I'm afraid I don't know. I don't think it's the Gordon Ramsay one, just a cheaper hexclad pan. I mainly use it because it's the biggest one we have.
