Connection Posted December 9, 2008 Share Posted December 9, 2008 well ohayoo gozaimas to you then! just add more water next time to make the rice sticky ( should be like 2 cups water for 1 cup of rice? ), and make sure you cook it covered. i like dry rice -- i use basmati rice, saute the grains in butter with diced onions and almonds until the grains turn golden brown before adding water, then only use about a cup and a half of water for each cup of rice. mmmmmm rice.
