There are cvar restrictions and when a client-game bypass these restrictions then this client-game must be seen as a cheat. ET-Legacy does not bypass cvar restrictions, and I am pretty sure ET-Gold does not it too. But if it does then it should be considered the same as "ET DEV" or adolwfa.
