My Weider Ultimate Body Works is safer for my joints. It's like the Total Gym. Most times my workouts are around 20-30 minutes. 5 minutes to warm up, and same at the end. My neighborhood minus the neighbor, that is a mathematical equation for HOOD, does not let me roam to much. So, my bike riding has to be transported out the HOOD. Was thinking of going swimming lately. Well, get your protein, and drink juice, also take your Hulkster Vitamins!!! I lift some wights too, that's why a lot of guys give me some stupid glances, but i don't give two shits. But most of the time i do HIIT, which is really exhausting and painful sometimes. But i guess no pain, no gain. Quote
