von Rantala Posted December 3, 2014 Author Posted December 3, 2014 because we know no other team will .... Cheers Bud So wrong, Wild have good team this year, Nashville, Montreal and Tampa played well, St. Louis Blues have very good team, now when they add Brodeur in goal that can be huge advantage in playoffs. Boston is good team same you can say about Pittsburgh, ofcourse there is about 10 team who can surprise like Kings did in 2012. So all is open. Im curios to see how Hawks performs in next season if salary cap not rise a lot. Quote
L3ftY. Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 you guys are so off base with your predictions. study the game and learn from your mistaken forecasts. the Leafs shall prevail once again. Leafs and Preds in cup final. oh, and did someone want to compare cup totals? however, there's always this year's incentives... Quote

Yeah Toronto have very good team, what you like Komarov, he is one of my favorite players, and have been for many years. Im so glad that he finally get spot what he earned and gametime what he should get, he is very good player, who always give all from his heart and he is LEADER. Always very underrated player in his home country Finland in fans eyes but always have been one of first choise to national teams for many finnish coaches. Im so happy that my big idols Rämö (in CGY) and Komarov (TOR) finally get chances from coaches what they earned and they succeed. One more who i follow for big interest is Jori Lehterä in STL even that he is not my favorite players yet i like him. Komarov is very loyal to his teams, and very loyal to national team what is very rare in this days, he left from Toronto after 2012-2013 because he wanted get bigger chance to Finnish National team in olympic, very rare player make that kind choise only for national team and leave from NHL. 1 Quote

L3ftY. Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 here's a blind-sided hit last Saturday from Ovechkin on Komarov - no penalty, nothing. Should have at least received 2 minutes for interference. Komarov left for the rest of the game because of the hit. But I'm sure sure he'll be fine when he helps the Leafs win the cup. no worries. 3 Quote
++Sl@yer Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 Who let the damn Leafs fan in here . Last time they won the cup you were probably an itch in your dads pants. As for predictions, even I won't be as bold as Meow's. It would be nice to see though. 2 Quote
von Rantala Posted December 6, 2014 Author Posted December 6, 2014 Okey i decided take Bäckström (G) back to my team. Reason why i orginally trade him was that i think that too many injuries take out best from him, but he played well lately. Plus biggest reason why i trade him was that i was worry if my goalies get 82 game this season, when Harding was out, Bäckström was number two goalie in Wild and Rämö share time with Hiller, so i needed goalie who play enough games, but now when i followed Kuemper very closely i see that he is good number two goalie in league, but he dont have talent to be number one in the moment, he have been pulled out from goal 3 time in last 8 game, its too much, Kuemper can play great games and then after great game can come game when he allow very easy goals. Have been many games where he played great, but when he allow one goal, can two to four next shot go to goal also. Yes he is young goalie, but i love Bäckström and now when Rämö got more gametime in Calgary and Harding is healthy again i return to my old goalies who have played my goal last two season already. (for Harding and Bäckström is fourth season) So Rämö continue to be number one, Bäckström is number two again, and Harding is third, but only because he play in AHL at the moment, Harding will take number two spot when he come back to NHL. When Wild played 30's game i send update of my Fantasy team. Quote
